If you require general advice or assistance with redundancy, disciplinary/dismissal situations we are happy to assist and our charges are based on an hourly rate.

Alternatively you can join our Q&A Law Employment service for an annual fee payable by direct debt on a monthly basis. We will provide you with employment contracts and handbook if you do not already have them and ongoing telephone support and advice. For many of our clients this is viewed as their own Human Resource department as we work closely with our clients to understand the industry and environments they work in to enable us to offer advice specifically applicable to them.

Employment contracts, handbooks and compromise agreements

With documents of this nature we are able to operate a fixed fee depending on your requirements. If you wish us to review your employment documents we are happy to carry out an employment audit free of charge.

Tribunal representation

Our charges are based on the time we spend on your matters. This may vary depending on the complexity of the work and the level of fee earner required to carry out the work. We will wherever possible give you a quote and keep you informed of the costs you have incurred. We will invoice you on a monthly basis and are happy to set up monthly Direct Debit arrangements to assist your budgeting requirements. If you are a member of our Q&A Law Employment law service and have taken out insurance protection, your legal costs for the work involved in conducting the case up to and including representation at the Employment Tribunal will be covered.
