Site acquisition
We act for clients from the initial stages of acquiring the land and becoming involved in arranging funding from banks or joint venue partners including profit share arrangements. We will advise on the suitability of the site with regards to planning issues, access, environmental concerns and problematic covenants. We work closely with our clients and their other professional advisers such as accountants, architects and surveyors to ensure that the objectives are met and time deadlines are met.
Plot sales
We will ensure that the correct documentation is drafted in good time to ensure that the plots can be sold as soon as possible.
