We work closely with our clients so that we are able to deliver service and advice applicable to them. We only employ qualified employment lawyers to ensure that our clients get the best possible advice. We will visit you at your premises so that we can appreciate the environment you work in.
Our service is available in two ways:
1. Telephone Advice and Employment Contracts/Handbooks
For a fixed fee per year our members have the benefit of the following:
- Telephone call or email us for instant employment law advice and guidance
- Consistent point of contact from someone who knows your business and can give ongoing advice without having to repeat the circumstances each time
- We will provide you with bespoke contracts of employment, handbooks, policies which we will review automatically to ensure you are up to date with all the legal documentation
- Draft standard correspondence
- Regular bulletin and advise of any changes in employment law
- Should you require any letters to be written we can provide you with drafts and can assist in formulating any responses to letters received from employees
- Payable monthly by direct debit to help budgeting and cash flow
2. Insurance cover against claims costs and awards and Telephone Advice and Employment Contracts/Handbook
In addition to the services offered in option 1 above we offer an insurance policy backed by one of the largest legal insurers in the country to give you the security of knowing that in the event of an Employment Tribunal claim against you your legal costs and award made against you are covered.
