We act for private paying clients.
We recognise that receiving large legal bills at the end of the matter can be difficult to budget. To help our clients we offer monthly direct debit payments and monthly invoicing. This helps you budget your legal fees.
Wherever possible we will try to agree a fixed fee for aspects of the work we undertake.
We offer an initial 30 minute consultation free.
Depending on your circumstances, we may be able to offer you conditional fee agreements, also known as “no win, no fee” agreements or other fixed fee arrangements.
Fixed Fees
Wherever possible we will quote you a fixed price, however this is dependent on the type of work we undertake. In all other cases our work is charged at an hourly rate which depends on the seniority and the experience of the solicitor involved.
Uncontested divorces where there are no problems of service are charged on a fixed fee basis of:-
- Applicant £895.00 plus VAT and disbursements. Disbursements are expenses we incur on your behalf and currently you will need to pay £300 court issue fee and £40 for your Decree Absolute.
We will advise you of all the arrangements that are available to you and recommend the option that is best suited to your needs.
We will always explain to you in full the work we are going to carry out and give you an estimate of the costs at the outset.
