On-line access to your file is secure and you will be given a unique password at the outset of the transaction. Your Estate Agent can also obtain updates on line as we understand that in order for your matter to progress as quickly as possible we must work closely with all the professionals involved in your transaction.
No Completion No Fee

We also offer a no completion, no fee arrangement so that in the event that your sale or purchase becomes abortive you do not incur any other legal fees. You will, however, be liable for any disbursements that have been incurred on your behalf.
